Notes:
    1. Reigning Mid-South Tag-Team Champions become first UWF Champions upon
       company's name change.
    2. Titles held-up after a match against Bobby Fulton and Tommy Rogers on
       August 17, 1986 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
    3. Eddie Gilbert and Sting went over Bobby Fulton and Tommy Rogers in a rematch
       for the titles.
    4. Titles vacated on January 23, 1987 after Jim Duggan lost a loser-leaves-UWF
       match against One Man Gang.
    5. Terry Taylor and Chris Adams beat Sting and Rick Steiner in a tournament
       final to win the titles.
    6. Titles abandoned in November of 1987 when the UWF was absorbed into Jim
       Crockett Promotions.
